On consideration of appellee’s, District of Columbia, petition for limited rehearing, and it appearing that appellee is seeking rehearing for the limited purpose of addressing certain language in the court’s opinion, it is

ORDERED that the petition is granted only to the extent that the court’s opinion filed June 7, 2007, is amended as follows:

On page 4, fifth line from the beginning of the page, the words “a temporary bruising” should read “minor temporary marks”.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the petition for rehearing is otherwise denied.
