ORDERED that the petition is granted only to the extent that the court’s opinion filed June 7, 2007, is amended as follows:
On page 4, fifth line from the beginning of the page, the words “a temporary bruising” should read “minor temporary marks”.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the petition for rehearing is otherwise denied.
